Payment Policy

All fees are due at the time of service. While we do not directly bill insurance, we do accept payments with HSA/FSA accounts.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
Clients are advised to verify their out-of-network benefits with their insurance provider.

Telemedicine visits are offered at the same rates for clients unable to come in person.

Routine lab tests and blood work conducted by Quest or Legacy Labs can be billed directly to insurance upon request.
Opting for discounted cash-pay labs may present a more cost-effective option for functional lab testing.
Specialty labs require out-of-pocket payment.
